Two roads diverged...

What does "one" do when "one" knows that taking a certain path will result in all of the following:

1) Immediate joy

2) Intermediate pain

3) Future joy

"One" gets stuck, but "one" knows that joy always overrides pain. What am I talking about, you ask? It's like the Washington Post. If you don't get it, you don't get it.

I get it and I get it...

"One" "kindly" extricates oneself from said stuck position by going TOWARD the joy - on a full stomach! winkwink
When we head toward joy (on a full belly so we are thinking straight!) we cannot be wrong. Where we're heading from is not an issue. In Martha Beck's new book, "Steering by Starlight" she posits the following: in every situation/choice you face does it feel like freedom or restraint? As she calls it: "Shackles on or shackles off?" If we choose the "shackles off" feelings (with an MDR of nutrients ideally THREE x per day lol)we are TURNING TOWARD are north star. navigating/steering by starlight. Meaning it doesn't require "seeing" it's sensed from within...

Now EAT so you're strong enough to grab the wheel and steer!!
